Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes. It’s super easy to change or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

Can I change my subscription type?

Yes. You can change your subscription at any time in your Account Settings by selecting the version you would like.

If you upgrade, you will only be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan. If you downgrade from Ascend to Align, the difference will be applied as a credit toward your next billing period.

Will I get subscription reminders?

Yes, we will send you a reminder a few days before annual renewals with links to manage your subscription (because we’re not jerks!) and for monthly subscriptions you will receive a reminder every 6 months.

What is the difference between Align and Ascend?

Align is designed for personal exploration through guided single-pattern processes. Ascend opens the deeper Crystalign Spine experience, including the full pattern map, multi-pattern processes, additional pathways and integration.

Is Crystalign Spine written by AI?

No. The patterns were observed over many years of clinical practice. All in-app content, including the questions, exercises and Go Deeper texts were all written by HI... Human Intelligence! Or, more likely, Higher Intelligence through divine guidance!

How long does a Crystalign Spine process take?

Each journey is unique. In some sessions a focused moment of awareness is instantaneous, while other sessions invite deeper exploration. If it is effortless do not mistake this as an indication that the outcome will be of little impact. The opposite is often true!

How often can I use it?

As often as you like! Some people may explore regularly, while others may return when something specific arises.

What if I don’t get an ‘answer’ or feel anything?

That’s okay. If you are having difficulty there is a pathway to explore what may be making it difficult to connect, such as an interference pattern, mental override or other factors affecting your awareness. And Crystalign Spine encourages curiosity rather than certainty, so sometimes awareness comes during the process, or you may find it shows up in life. Often both.

Do I need to hold a particular spiritual belief?

No. Crystalign Spine was created from a spiritual understanding of the nervous system, but you are not asked to adopt any particular belief. Explore with curiosity and decide for yourself what feels meaningful and true.

Do I need to understand anatomy, energy work or spirituality?

No. You do not need previous knowledge of the spine, energy work, or spirituality. Crystalign Spine guides you through each step.

Can practitioners use Crystalign Spine with clients?

Yes! Crystalign Spine can support personal exploration and practitioner-guided work. You may also wish to become a Crystalign Guide.

Is Crystalign Spine a medical treatment?

No. Crystalign Spine is a self awareness tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical or mental-health care.
